BrandGrowTeam ("we," "us," or "our") provides personalized Instagram marketing kits for beauty businesses through the website at brandgrowteam.com (the "Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and the purchase of our digital products. By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you ("you" or "Customer") agree to these Terms.

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
BrandGrowTeam provides a personalized digital marketing kit for your Instagram account. Each kit is a one-time digital deliverable, custom-built for your specific business based on the information you provide and publicly available data from your Instagram profile.
Depending on the plan you select, your kit may include:
All products are digital and delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Your kit is delivered to the email address you provide at the time of purchase.
Each kit is built from scratch based on your specific Instagram profile, business type, city, and the information you submit in the intake form. Because production begins immediately after you submit your intake form, you acknowledge that the kit is specifically created for you and cannot be resold, reassigned, or used for any account other than the one specified in your intake form.
We use a combination of automated data collection, AI-assisted content generation, and human review to build your kit. All kit content is reviewed by our team before delivery. The use of these tools does not diminish the customized, personalized nature of the deliverable.
We access only publicly available Instagram data in compliance with Instagram's Terms of Use. We do not require or request access to your Instagram login credentials. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the kit content complies with Instagram's Community Guidelines and Terms of Use.
Delivery timeframes begin from the moment you submit your completed intake form, not from the time of payment. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees. If delivery is delayed beyond the stated timeframe due to our error, please contact us and we will prioritize your order.
Timely delivery depends on you submitting the intake form promptly and accurately. If you provide an incorrect Instagram handle, an incomplete form, or a private Instagram account, we may be unable to build your kit and will contact you for clarification. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
You must submit the intake form within 30 days of purchase. If you do not submit the form within 30 days, your order will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service. Your payment information is collected and stored by Lemon Squeezy — we do not receive or store your credit card details.
Because Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record, they are responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST depending on your location. The final amount charged may include applicable taxes.
All kit purchases are one-time payments. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions unless you separately agree to a subscription arrangement in writing.
Email [email protected] from the email address used at purchase with the subject line "Refund Request" and your order number if available. We will process your refund within 24 hours of receiving your request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
If you wish to cancel before your kit is delivered, contact us at [email protected]. If production has not yet begun, we will issue a full refund. If production is already underway, we will provide a full or partial refund based on work completed.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in future orders being declined. We will cooperate fully with your payment provider in any dispute resolution process.
Upon delivery and receipt of full payment, BrandGrowTeam grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual commercial license to use all kit content — captions, scripts, email templates, calendar plans, and visual images — for your own business Instagram account and related marketing activities.
This license allows you to:
All website content — design, text, graphics, logos, and our kit-building methodology — remains the exclusive property of BrandGrowTeam and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain full ownership of your Instagram content, brand assets, and business information. By submitting the intake form, you grant BrandGrowTeam a limited license to access your publicly available Instagram data solely for the purpose of building your kit.
You agree not to use BrandGrowTeam's website or services to:
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or revoke licenses in cases of suspected prohibited use.
BrandGrowTeam does not warrant or guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BrandGrowTeam disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BrandGrowTeam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
BrandGrowTeam's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific kit that is the subject of the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrandGrowTeam from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the kit content in violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, your violation of Instagram's Terms of Service, or false information provided in your intake form.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and allow at least 30 days for informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law principles. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not enforceable, through courts of competent jurisdiction.
If you are an EU consumer, you may submit a complaint to your local consumer protection authority or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as an EU/EEA consumer.
To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or representative proceeding.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify recent customers by email. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
